[OOC]
Backtagging: Go for it!
Threadhopping: Go for it, particularly when it's funny. Coordination is nice, but optional, particularly when it's funny.
Fourthwalling: Evangeline canonically uses video game terms in reference to herself. Fourth-walling wouldn't be a major leap.
Offensive subjects: Nothing in particular.

[IC]
Hugging this character: It may annoy her, but go for it.
Kissing this character: Please only do so if she's in adult form... And be aware that stealing a kiss from her could have consequences.
Flirting with this character: Be aware she'll flirt right back... Also, less of it when she's in her child form, please.
Fighting with this character: Check with me, so that Evangeline knows what power level she's playing at (she holds back against lower-powered foes).
Injuring this character: Go for it! But don't be surprised when she heals disturbingly fast.
Killing this character: Nope. Evangeline's a functional immortal.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask case by case... And expect her to troll.

[Evangeline's abilities]

Evangeline, to put it lightly, is kind of hax. Besides ice magic and aikido expertise, Evangeline has two things she does in canon a few times.

She occasionally replaces someone's outfit with something less apropos - two fighters into maid outfits just before they go on stage for example. While her outfits will be more appropriate here, she'll definitely want to pull this on a few heroes of both gender.

More seriously, there's her bite. Like many vampires, Evangeline can bite people and drain their blood. When she does so, she can, at any time after that, trigger a partial transformation in the victim, putting them under her control and significantly enhancing their abilities. Characters with latent superpowers may find them temporarily unlocked, for example. The transformation is not complete - the victims don't become vulnerable to sunlight (though Evangeline can't trigger the transformation while they're in it).

The transformation is easy to reverse, thankfully - any established spellcaster type hero should know the counterspell, though it only works on a willing or unconscious victim. It's not like there's a super-short time limit either - the transformation only becomes permanent two full moons later. (Pointedly, Evangeline actually tends to share the counterspell.) It's also possible for someone who's aware of the bite to get it counterspelled before they are transformed.

Questions to answer:
Want to pull an outfit swap gag at some point?
May Evangeline bite your character during some arc plot?
